CoverWheel
CoverWheel is the system studied and patented by our company Yachting and Car ideas to help car dealers in the sale of rims on new and used cars. Until now car dealers didn't have many tools to make the customer see the effect of a wheel directly on the car, the only tool available was the use of rendering. From today with CoverWheel everything has changed, because in less than 15 seconds you can change the rims of a car...or at least that's what it seems!
How it works - Support
The real innovation of CoverWheel consists in having studied a support that allows you to attach to the rim of the car in total safety and in just 2 seconds. Through a spider made up of 5 caps with as many magnets inside, the support still attaches to the bolts of the rim without touching it and without ruining it. In the back of the support there is another magnet, with a larger diameter, which will serve as a hook for the cover.
How it works - Cover
Another fundamental component of CoverWheel is definitely the Cover, where the design of the rim is printed. The Cover is printed on a 3mm thick Alubond panel, which is then cut to the exact size of the rim radius. Our graphics team adapts the photographs of the rims to ensure the most realistic effect possible. As a final step in the back of the Cover, an iron disc is fixed to the back of the cover, which will act as a hook with the central magnet of the support.
Customization
CoverWheel is aimed at automotive brands that want to distinguish themselves through innovative systems in sales, to give an ever better service to their customers. CoverWheel is 100% customizable, being able to insert the brand logo on the media, on the presentation boxes and obviously being able to print any model of rim on the covers.
